This year we are raising funds to continue our studies into the life limiting disease; Duchenne Muscular Dystrophy.
Duchenne Muscular Dystrophy (DMD) is a rare progressive disease that is often diagnosed in early childhood and leads to considerably reduced life expectancy; because of its rarity, research literature and patient numbers are limited.
There’s currently no cure but a variety of treatments can help to manage the condition. Our aim is to find the most effective way to improve the quality of life for sufferers of this life limiting disease.
